Duties:

- Oversee daily salon operations and ensure seamless functioning and client experience

- Provide leadership and manage team members

- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Create work schedules for salon team members

- Train new employees on salon procedures and customer service standards/communication

- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner

- Perform spray tanning services (no experience required, training provided)

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in store or salon management

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team

- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets

- Proficient in time management and multitasking

- Ability to interview, hire, and train new employees
